News and Updates

Educational Visits and Journeys

The Educational Visits and Journeys - Procedures and Guidance now applies to all school visits.

Evolve

Evolve is the new online approval system for Educational Visits. The website is www.norfolkvisits.org.uk

From 01 April 2008 there will be no paper based approvals. All Category B visits requiring Local Authority Approval will need to be submitted using Evolve.

With effect from September 2009 it is hoped that schools/establishments will also use this system for all CAT A visits.
