Governing bodies are the key strategic decision makers and vision setters in every school and academy.
They are also a key part of the overall system for school accountability.
Governing bodies have a vital role to play in:
- Driving up school and pupil performance
- Ensuring that resources are used well, to give every child the best possible education
The governance of Norfolk schools survey
Norfolk County Council and the Norfolk Governance Network are jointly conducting a survey to help them plan support for governance and service provision across Norfolk as we move forward. The survey might take up to about 20 minutes to complete fully.
Please share this survey link (www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/NorfolkGovernorsurvey) with members of your board to help us reach as many governor colleagues as possible.
The closing date for this survey will be 21 July 2020 at midnight.
