Staff wellbeing service options and packages

Small school (less than 30 employees)

  • Confidential assessment designed to understand staff wellbeing issues, with weekly updates on completion progress
  • Provision of a report with analysis and recommendations on the outcome of the assessment
  • Training for a member of staff to become a wellbeing facilitator to support the process
  • Advice on developing an action plan to address the results of the assessment
  • Three month follow-up regarding progress of the action plan
  • Termly wellbeing newsletters

Large school (30+ employees)

  • Confidential assessment designed to understand staff wellbeing issues, with weekly updates on completion progress
  • Provision of a separate report for up to three staff groups (eg teaching staff, support staff, and ancillary staff), as well as an overall report
  • Training for up to three members of staff to become wellbeing facilitators
  • Advice on developing an action plan to address the results of the assessment
  • Three month follow-up regarding progress of the action plan
  • Termly wellbeing newsletters

Action planning support

We can provide a facilitated workshop to support you and your staff to develop your wellbeing action plan.

Pay as you go wellbeing support

We can provide additional team and individual support that you can purchase by the hour. Examples include:

  • Team wellbeing development sessions
  • Additional individual support for managers or staff
