Overview of HR subscription packages
Our EducationHR team offers a range of subscription services that can be purchased on one-year or multiple-year contracts. HR Subscription A provides a fully comprehensive HR support service but options B to H are available for those who have an element of HR resource in-house and or have requirements for less than the full package.
While the standard packages are available, the team is also happy to discuss and agree bespoke packages for customers who have clear, identified requirements that do not tie in completely with the off-the-shelf options. - HR Subscription Package A: Our fully-comprehensive offer, including professional HR advice and support combined with employment contract administration, recruitment advertising, supply teacher register and employment policy framework (and integrated working with NCC Payroll if that service is also purchased)
- HR Subscription Package B: Professional HR advice and support combined with employment contract administration and employment policy framework (and integrated working with NCC Payroll if that service is also purchased)
- HR Subscription Package C: Professional HR advice and support combined with employment policy framework
- HR Subscription Package D: Employment contract administration and employment policy framework (and integrated working with NCC Payroll if that service is also purchased)
- HR Subscription Package E: Access to our full model employment policy framework and related guidance
- HR Subscription Package F: Recruitment advertising subscription service (unlimited adverts)
- HR Subscription Package G: Recruitment advertising subscription service (limited adverts)
- HR Subscription Package H: Norfolk Supply Teacher Register subscription
- Ad-hoc services: A range of HR services available on a non-subscription basis
