SRB & SHIPs Panels for Academic Year 2026/27

The following dates are for the 2026/27 SRB & SHIP admissions Panels.   

Please note the Autism Panels will again be held termly, as per table below. There will be an additional panel held for current SRB Phase Transfer children, referrals for this need submitting by 10/07/2026. The sessional Panels will remain as every half term. The SHIP Panels will continue termly with a provisional additional panel date in Summer 2.

SEMH, LCN, Autism and SHIP referrals will continue to be triaged.

SLCN Sessional Base Panels 

There is no change to the current process.  The time between panels allows for SRB and other professionals to consider and observe the referred children.  

The referral deadline applies to the SLCN and is the date by which a school can submit a referral for a place at an SLCN SRB. It is the final date for the subsequent Admissions Panel. Referrals can be submitted as soon as prepared / before this date. Time deadline on this date is 5:30pm.
