Norfolk Education Online (NEO) Account

In Norfolk, an online service known as Norfolk Education Online (NEO) is used by early years providers and families.

Families

For families there is information about home learning, early years funding and childcare and starting school.  It is also possible to register an account to -

• Check eligibility and obtain a NEO code for a funded 2 year old early education place*
• Apply for free school meals
• Submit school admission applications

Providers - Early Years, Out of School (Wraparound) and Parent & Toddler

For providers it is the place to sign in to the provider portal and access quick links to current information, resources and updates.  It is also used to -

• Book Courses and events
• Claim early education
• Record staff details
• Update your childcare information
• Submit sufficiency data
• Check Ofsted registration details

If you are a new provider and need a user id to sign in, email the Early Years team at [email protected].  Otherwise arrange for a request form to be submitted via the forms module or sign in to the portal.
