What is the EDIB support offer?
The EDIB offer of fully funded support is a comprehensive and flexible programme, providing schools and settings with the guidance and tools to meet the EDIB needs of children and young people, including those with SEND. The offer enables schools to access a range of high-quality fully funded CPD and resources that enables all children and young people to feel welcome, safe and included, to flourish.
- One-minute guides: Signposting to nationally available CPD and resources that secure compliance with key guidance and legislation around anti-bullying, anti-prejudice and more!
- Information on whole-school, evidence-based programmes, including Schools of Sanctuary.
- Bite-sized briefings: Providing timely and relevant information and tips on topics such Anti-Bullying Week, Black History Month, GRT History Month etc.
- Inclusion and SEND toolkits for schools: Practical and user-friendly tools that help schools to audit, plan, and deliver effective EDIB provision.
- Effectively managing prejudice-based incidents: How to deal with and report prejudice based incidents, hate incidents and hate crimes.
