Lead for education strategy, including the Learning Collaborative, oversight of maintained schools, governance and traded services.

John Crowley, Assistant Director, Intelligence and Education Sufficiency
Oversees the school capital programme, place planning, admissions, home to school transport and early years sufficiency. 

Nicki Rider, Assistant Director SEND and AP Sufficiency and Strategy
Leads on SEND sufficiency, including specialist resource bases and alternative provision. 

Fiona Corless, Assistant Director Specialist and Complex Sufficiency
Oversees the commissioning of support for children with specialist and complex needs.

Leads on transformation, service design and  business planning.

Oversees the SEND and Inclusion Support Model, SEND Advisers and Virtual School for Sensory Support.

Oversees Statutory responsibilities for SEND

Steph Askew, Head of SEND Improvement and Partnerships

Leads on Norfolk SEND and AP Strategy. Oversees Local Offer, SENDIASS and SEND Quality Assurance.

Dawn Fowler, Assistant Director LFI Programme and DSG Strategic Lead
 
Leads on LFI programme delivery and is the strategic lead for DSG, including the High Needs Block.

Sarah Hatfield and Karen Fields, Joint Principal Educational Psychologists

Lead of Educational Psychology Support Service, including the critical incident service.

 

Opportunity and wellbeing

Tania Fulcher, Assistant Director, Independent Statutory Services, Assurance and Practice

Responsible for attendance, children missing education, school safeguarding, Prevent, Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) service, as well as a range of independent statutory and assurance services supporting children working with Family Help

Tim Eyres, Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships and Earl Help Sufficiency

Children and Young People Strategic Alliance and Flourish lead. Oversees participation, the Music Service and Music Hub, Early Help sufficiency and youth strategy.

Rob Cole, Assistant Director, Partnerships, Communities and Inclusion

Lead for school and community teams, short breaks, fair access, Family Hubs, English as an additional language, preventing exclusion and Early Years SEND.

Keeley White, Virtual School Head

Management of Virtual School delivery.

Abigail McGarry, Head of Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership Business Delivery 

Oversees NSCP board administration, partnership performance and workforce development.

 

Family Help, Protection and Care

Jen Dewar, Assistant Director, Family Help and Protection

Lead for Family Help teams and children with disabilities, as well as designated social work function.

Michelle Brady, Assistant Director, Corporate Parenting

Corporate parenting , including In Care and Life Beyond Care teams, fostering, adoption and therapeutic services

Lee Napper, Assistant Director, Residential, Outreach and Youth Services

Residential care, services for adolescents such as youth justice and targeted youth support services; crisis, outreach and out of hours services
