Business Bites Training
We have developed four Business Bites video-based courses to support early years group settings, childminders and wraparound provision with all aspects of running a business; contributing towards staff retention. As they are video-based you can sign-up and complete them in your own time. The four courses available are:

Childcare Works
Childcare Works is the Department for Education's delivery partner, supporting Local Authorities, providers, childminders and schools to deliver the expansion of the early years entitlements and wraparound childcare programme. Recruitment and retention of staff is one of the sector's biggest challenges and so they have created a resource to help: Childcare workforce recruitment and retention - Advice for early years and childcare providers.

Childcare Works HUB for Childminders
Retaining childminders within the early years and childcare sector is very important. To support this, the DfE have brought together the most relevant Childcare Works resources for childminders into easy to use collections. There are sections covering buiness planning, business growth, marketing and promotion, and much more.
