Norfolk EAL/EDC Advisory Team

The team is based at County Hall and consists of the following staff:

• Tanya Ingram, EAL/EDC Team Manager (Secondary)
• Lisa Reynolds, EAL/EDC Adviser (Refugee and Asylum Seeker Pupils)
• Robert Coyle, EAL/EDC Adviser (Primary and EYFS)
• Tamzin Garrod, EAL/EDC Adviser (Primary and EYFS)
• Cecilia Basnett, EAL/EDC Adviser (Primary and EYFS) 

We are also able to call upon the expertise of our colleagues within the wider Inclusion and SEND Team if your query involves young people with SEND issues.
