SENCo guide
We are very happy to share this guide for SENCos. This digital SENCo guide aims to help all SENCos easily find the resources and information they need to plan ahead, identify needs, access advice, training and funding and manage issues as they arise. It is for all SENCos including those working within the early years age range, primary and secondary phase schools and academies, independent schools, post-16 colleges and further education settings.
The guide is in two parts. Part A focuses on helping SENCos find the information and resources they need for their role and to support colleagues in their setting. Part B focuses on supplying SENCos with resources to help them support parents and carers. We have supplied Part B as an additional standalone document to enable SENCos to share it with parents where they feel it is appropriate.
