Industrial action
The Local Authority has written a guidance document on industrial action to help schools navigate their way through the potential strike action. It covers all HR related areas schools may come across during this period, answers some 'frequently asked questions' from schools and provides 'checklists' to help schools think about what they need to do.
The guidance should be followed by all LA maintained schools in Norfolk. We have provided access to the guidance for all schools in Norfolk.
