School Partnership Services

The partnership team support Norfolk's strategic vision of co-creating a sustainable educational landscape, through a school organisation lens, by supporting the development of the structural foundations needed for a strong school system.

Advisers pro-actively develop and establish the structures for collaboration, including:

within existing partnerships
through new and existing federations
cluster groupings
across schools
across trusts

Collaborative activity is influenced and enhanced through a workforce development focus on recruitment, retention and developing expertise in Norfolk schools in key areas, including leadership and support staff.
