Data Support Package
Leaders can get a head start with early access to your achievement data before the summer, and maintain momentum with dedicated, expert support throughout the Autumn term.
The Data Support Package provides Primary Phase leaders with strategic insight, through interactive data dashboards, expert-led training sessions and ongoing access to an experienced adviser - giving you everything needed for effective school performance analysis.
What's included in the package?

Mid/Late July to Early September | Face-to-Face Session
| Early Results session will share the Early National and Norfolk results for Early Years Foundation Stage Profile, Phonics Screening Check, Multiplication Tables Check and Key Stage 2. As well as sharing as initial insights across the range of statutory assessments from both a National and local context. School leaders will also be able to get ahead with their Self Evaluation and School Improvement & Development Plan, ready to hit the ground running in September. By accessing their own results, through their Early results Data Dashboard. Delegates will be supported to use the Data Dashboard. |
Mid/Late September | Data Dashboard | Provisional Data Dashboard containing your provisional data set, comparisons to National and the ability to filter for groups, shared via Perspective Lite. |
Late September | Data Dashboard | KS2 QLA Dashboard containing question by question data for the KS2 Tests alongside your pupils' data and comparisons to National, shared via Perspective Lite. |
Late September to Mid October | Face-to-Face Session | KS2 QLA session will share an in-depth analysis of the Key Stage 2 Tests and Writing Teacher assessments. English and Maths Leads along with their school leader, will have the unique opportunity, to not only hear the in-depth analysis, but look together at their own KS2 QLA Dashboard, which contains question level analysis for of the KS2 Reading, Mathematics and GPS Tests. Thus, informing curriculum plans and focussing subject interventions. The latest provisional KS2 National and Norfolk results will also be shared, allowing schools leaders to update their school Self Evaluation and reports. |
Mid November to Early December
| Face-to-Face Session | IDSR session will share the latest developments within the Ofsted Inspection Data Summary Report. Exploring what the data signifies in each section, with a particular focus on School context, Attendance & behaviour and Achievement. Including how it may be used as part of the inspection process, School leaders will have the opportunity to access their own report to fully understand the breadth of school data available and how it is presented. Guidance and direction will be provided, to support school leaders in how to use the report as part of their self-evaluation. |
Early January | Data Dashboard | Revised Data Dashboard containing your final set of data for the year, comparisons to National and the ability to filter for groups, shared via Perspective Lite. |
June to March | Online Resource Hub & Support | Online access to presentations, resources and links from sessions. Access to an experienced adviser via telephone/email. |
Data Dashboards present EYFSP, PSC, MTC and KS2 data for the most recent three academic years. Information is displayed in tables and charts and can be filtered for a range of vulnerable groups. Dashboards can be created for an individual School, as well as a Federation and MAT.

What is the cost?
The cost is determined by: Fixed charge + Number on Roll (NOR).
This includes one full set of Dashboards + one leader place per session along with one English and one Maths lead place at the KS2 QLA session. Additional charges will be applied for extra leader places, English/Maths Lead places or extra Dashboards.

How do I book?
The package can purchased on an annual basis between April to September each year.
