Planning CPD to have Impact

Wondering how other schools plan their CPD to have impact? Bure Valley Junior school have been developing a robust Professional Development and Implementation framework based on Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) 'A schools guide to implementation'. Alongside colleagues having access to additional qualifications like Masters & NPQs, the school conducts termly CPD cycles which include theory-based sessions, live after school lessons, lesson study, coaching and reflective/collaborative practice.
