Ensuring Effective Transitions

Transitions, at all stages of education, are important, exciting and sometimes daunting points in time for children, their families and for all settings, schools and colleges.  Transitions is therefore one of the focus areas for the Norfolk Learning Collaborative and one of the Learning Ambition's priority areas.  Collected here are some of the current and recent pieces of work from across our county and examples of Norfolk and national resources that we hope will be of interest and use.
