Reminder of deadline for Primary Data Submission

We'd like to remind all schools that the deadlines for submitting the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP), Phonics Screening Check (PSC), and Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) data to the Local Authority are approaching, at the end of June. 

Submission Deadlines are:

Key Stage 2 (Yr 6) - Friday 20 June

Phonics Screening Check (PSC) - Wednesday 25 June 2025 

Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) - Wednesday 25 June 2025 

Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP) - Monday 30 June 2025 
 

All registered maintained schools, academies (including free schools) and special schools (including maintained special schools and special academies) will have received a Perspective Lite File Request email; to submit their Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP), Phonics Screening Check (PSC) and Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) data to the Local Authority via Perspective Lite. 

We kindly ask that schools make the necessary arrangements now, to meet these deadlines.  

Step by step guidance on adding additional accounts for staff members responsible for submitting the assessment data, which can be set up by the Headteacher, who is the Primary User for the Perspective Lite School account is available.
