Local Authority Maintained Schools: Urgent Contact process

If you are a local authority maintained school leader, please use the form below to inform you of any issues which you feel the Education Strategy Service should be aware of, such as: 

  • Unplanned leadership absence over 5 days 
  • Urgent requests for information and guidance in response to an issue 
  • Information you feel that the Education Strategy Service needs to know 

 On completion of this form, a member of the Education Strategy Service team will make contact as soon as possible.  
 
Before completing this form, please ensure that your issue would not be better addressed by either the School Closures system, the Critical Incident Support line, or the ​​​​​​​SEND and Inclusion support line services - this will ensure that the right service can provide the best possible support.
