Having trouble accessing the Together e‑Courier?

Some schools and settings may not be receiving our weekly Together e‑Courier or other all‑school communications from the Local Authority.

We recently moved to a new email system and sending address. If you haven't seen any updates from us since early April 2025, our emails may be going into your junk or spam folder.

You can also view an archive of previous Together e‑Couriers, so you can see any important updates you may have missed.

What to do next

  • Check your junk or spam folder for recent emails from us
  • If you find one, mark it as Not Junk or Not Spam
  • Add our new sending address to your contacts or safe sender list:
    [email protected]

This should help make sure future messages reach your inbox correctly.

Still having problems?

If you're still not receiving emails after following these steps, please contact your ICT support team or email provider. They may need to check whether messages from our address are being blocked or quarantined.
