Last year you played a significant role in reviewing the Early Help Assessment and Plan (EHAP) forms. These have now gone live and can be accessed via the following link where they are now set out along with the new simple 4 step upload process  Upload early help assessment and plans - Norfolk County Council

The amended forms take into account feedback from families and professionals following the initial introduction of these in Sept 2021. These are only small amendments aimed at making the forms fully accessible and simpler to be used. This means guidance on completing the forms has been removed from being embedded into the forms into a separate guidance document. We have also tried to make the relationship between the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership Early Help webpages and the NCC Early Help upload webpage much clearer. Now the forms for completing are available on the NCC upload webpage and all guidance and supporting resources are available on the NSCP webpage Early Help Resources page for People working with children | NSCP

The forms now look very plain as logos and pictures have been removed this is intentional to ensure they meet accessible digital content requirements. This should also make printing them easier and more cost effective.

The EHAP training has been updated to reflect the amended forms and process. Training can be booked here NSCP Training Booking Page | Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership
