Making Sense of SEND - transition in focus

Making Sense of SEND are free events for parents/carers who have a child with SEND. Professionals who work with children and young people with SEND are very welcome to come along too!

The information fair will have around 20 information stands giving you the chance to:

Learn about local SEND services and support
Ask questions
Share ideas

There will also be talks on transition best practice from early years through to adult life.

Free refreshments.
