Exciting opportunity to join Norfolk's Whole School SEND Professional Development Group for Middle Leaders.

Whole School SEND is offering Middle Leaders in Norfolk schools the opportunity to be part of a Norfolk LA Professionals Development Group.   

As the number of children with SEND continues to rise in mainstream primary schools, roles and responsibilities within school SEND team continue to evolve, there is a greater expectation on phase and subject leaders in primary schools to support their teams in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND. 

This PD group will help middle leaders understand what they should be aware of in terms of SEND, and how they can support their colleagues in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND.  The group will meet online at four twilight sessions from September 2025 to January 2026. 

The deadline for signing up to be part of the group is 14 July, so act quickly!
