Neurodiversity System Model Development Engagement workshop: October dates added

There are more opportunities available for schools to attend an in-person workshop to help review the way we support neurodiverse children and young people.
Originally planned for July, the two-hour workshop has been postponed to the week commencing Monday 6 October. It will be held in Norwich, Dereham and Great Yarmouth at different times to enable as many education professionals as possible to attend.
We've already received a good response from schools, many thanks to those of you who have already contacted us to get involved.
Attending gives you a chance to be part of the conversation to shape how support is organised in our communities in Norfolk including:
- Development of a training package
- Development of an assessment tool supporting understanding a child's needs
- Re organising how we offer support across our communities and our routes to diagnosis.
The workshops have been developed and will be led by professionals from a range of backgrounds in our system. The initiative is being led by partners across the system that have joined together to become a collaborative to improve outcomes for children and families through stronger health and care partnerships.
We really hope that you can join us, we will be able to confirm the actual venues when we confirm your booking. To enable us to plan for each session, please send your name, school and contact number together with details of which session you would like to attend to janet.cockburn@norfolk.gov.uk by Friday 18 July.
