Updates to the Safeguarding Policy and training package

Further to the news item published on 8 July 2025 regarding the DfE's updated 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' statutory guidance, the Education Safeguarding Team have updated the Norfolk model safeguarding policy and the whole school training package.  

The model policy can be found here.

The whole school training package and associated resources are available on My School. You will need your username and password to log in. The training package can be found by clicking on the 'Staff' tab on the left-hand side of the screen and then via the 'Safeguarding Whole school training' icon.  

The forms and templates and other modules of training will be updated over the summer holidays.
