Update on CADS Team Structure and Call Routing Guidance

We would like to inform you of recent changes within the CADS (Children's Advice and Duty Service) team structure, which have been designed to enhance our focus and effectiveness across key areas of safeguarding:

• Domestic Abuse (DA) - Managed by Donna Carver and Kate Saunders
• Exploitation - Managed by John Robinson
• Triage - Managed by Paula Hill and Rosie Wilson

To ensure that calls are directed to the appropriate team and responded to efficiently, we kindly ask that you follow the updated call routing options:

• Press 2 for Child Exploitation
• Press 3 for Domestic Abuse
• Hold for all other presenting issues or concerns
