Spring Term DSL webinars and workshops
The Education Safeguarding Team would like to invite DSLs to join the following spring term webinars and workshops. The webinars are opportunities for DSLs to further their learning but do not replace DSL refresher training.
During all webinars, there will be an opportunity to ask questions, alternatively questions that cannot be answered during the session, a member of the Safeguarding Team will get in touch with delegates via email following the webinar.
The sessions are via Microsoft Teams; however, DSLs do not need to have this application on your laptop. If you do not, then the webinar will open in an internet browser.

12 February 2026, | DSL Secondary Workshop: Exploring the context of risk in harmful sexual behaviour in children The Harmful Sexual Behaviour team are offering a free 90-minute workshop for safeguarding leads in secondary settings exploring the context of risk in harmful sexual behaviour in children and young people. The workshop will cover:
This workshop will be delivered by Lesley-Anne Bray, HSB Senior Practitioner from Norfolk HSB team and will be supported by members of the Education Safeguarding Team. This is a workshop session which will provide opportunities to ask questions but if any cannot be answered during the 90 minutes, then a member of the Safeguarding Team and/or Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team will get in touch with delegates via email following the webinar. As this session is a workshop, it will not be recorded but reference materials will be shared with delegates following the session. |
