FAO: Leadership & whole school , 1 May 2026 14:34
Information

The course provides a good understanding of what Restorative Approaches is, its benefits and the key themes that run through, and provide a framework, to underpin all relationship-based practice.  In conflict resolution, delegates will be equipped with the restorative questions and practice at using them.

For those working in a trauma informed way, working restoratively goes hand in hand. It also supports local area partnerships and how they work together to improve experiences and outcomes for children and young people with SEND, as set out in the Area SEND inspection framework.

One day "Being Restorative" training is delivered:

  • By two trainers
  • In a circle to encourage inclusion and sharing of practice
  • To groups of 20 delegates (max)
  • At a suitable venue, provided by you
  • £750 equivalent to £37.50 pp (based on 20 attendees)
