High Quality Interactions webinar for Norfolk Schools
Join colleagues from the East of England Early Years Stronger Practice Hub for an engaging professional learning session focused on strengthening early language development across your setting.

This webinar is delivered by the East of England Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, exclusively for Norfolk schools through the Norfolk Learning Collaborative.
Why attend?
This year, the collaborative has prioritised early language development as a key area of focus. This session will support practitioners to strengthen the quality of interactions that underpin children's learning and development.
You will explore:
- What research tells us about effective interactions in the early years
- What makes a high-quality interaction and why it matters
- Practical strategies for scaffolding children's learning
- The ShREC approach (Share, Respond, Expand, Conversation) to support sustained, high-quality engagement High-quality interactions are central to children's cognitive, social, emotional and language development, and are a key driver of improved outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged pupils.
