School Building Information Database C2
The County Council maintains a central database of building and site information, commonly known as Concerto, Connect2 or C2. This system is the primary source of information on sites and buildings, including schools.
The database contains a wide range of information, such as:
- Site plans
- Accommodation measurements
- Asbestos surveys
- Lease information
While some records may be historic, this remains the main reference point used by officers for school building and site details.
Access
All schools, including academies, should be able to access the system. However, access may need to be reviewed due to changes in staff roles or personnel.
Please check your current access arrangements and contact us if these need to be refreshed.
Updating information
Schools can also contact the team to request updates or corrections to the information held on the system.
