Operation Encompass summer holiday delivery 2026

Operation Encompass notifications and Missing from Home/Care notifications will still be delivered once a week during the summer holiday period. Usual daily delivery will commence on the 1 September 2026; these will include bank holiday notifications. 

There is no expectation for Key Adults to pick these up and respond to them during these times but the facility to receive the notifications will be there for those that wish to. 

Please alert us via [email protected] to any issues with notifications before downloading a notification you think may be incorrect. The mailbox will be manned over the holiday period and we will respond as soon as possible.

Children with Social Worker reports

The last Children with a Social Worker report of the academic year will be delivered on 13 July 2026.  The first report of the new academic year will be delivered on Monday 14 September 2026. 

Changes to Key Adult Designated Safeguarding Leads

If you need to update your Key Adult DSL registration (changes to your name, email, school or colleges), please complete a new Key Adult form via the online submission system.  You will be able to download your updated PDF Key Adult DSL form.
