Perspective File Request
Guidance for schools on the new EYFSP, PHONICS & MTC assessment file submission process.
EYFSP, Phonics and the MTC files should be submitted to the LA via Perspective File Request.
For all collections relevant to your school you will have received an email with the specific instructions for each collection.
PHONICS (by Wednesday 25th June) In Perspective go to LA SERVICES>FILE RETURNS>File Requests>PHONICS 2025 Data Collection.
MTC (by Wednesday 25th June) In Perspective go to LA SERVICES>FILE RETURNS>File Requests>MTC 2025 Data Collection.
EYFSP (by Monday 30th June) In Perspective go to LA SERVICES>FILE RETURNS>File Requests>EYFSP 2025 Data Collection.
