Information

Rashmi Sirdeshpande is an award-winning children's author who loves taking big ideas and making them accessible and exciting for young readers. Rashmi writes non-fiction picture books that ignite children's curiosity, as well as fictional stories that crackle with imagination.

Join Rashmi  for an uplifting session where you can discover how books can shape you, where book ideas come from, and five ways to supercharge your creativity.

Rashmi's visit will be live streamed to all our Norfolk schools to view on 8 July... But you could be one of the lucky schools to come along to the Forum in Norwich or the new library in Great Yarmouth Library to meet her in person!  Tickets are limited to 10 spaces per school (2 adults and 8 children) in the first instance and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If extra places are available these will be offered to schools who express an interest in them.

So if you want  the chance to meet Rashmi (and maybe get a book signed by her) apply now!

This event is supported by the National Centre for Writing in celebration of Norwich UNESCO City of Literature.
