Important Notice: System Downtime - Wednesday 9 July

On Wednesday 9 July, key systems used by Norfolk County Council will be temporarily unavailable while they are upgraded to the latest versions. These updates are essential to ensure we continue to benefit from improved performance, security, and functionality. 

During this time, council staff will not be able to access live systems. However, we have put in place manual contingency processes to ensure that support for schools, children and families continues with as little disruption as possible. 

Please be aware that these manual processes will place additional pressure on our teams, and we are committed to ensuring that all information is handled confidentially and fully updated in the systems once they are back online on Thursday 10 July. 

To help us prioritise effectively, we kindly ask that you only contact CADS for urgent concerns on 8 and 9 July. This will allow staff to focus on the most critical needs during the downtime.
