- Norfolk Steps: This funded programmecomes with self-serve resources covering topics such as trauma-informed practice, de-escalation strategies and post-incident support, as well as practical resources including classroom checklists etc. You can access these resources at any time and at your own pace to complement the face-to-face training 'Step on' Training Catch-up sessions, promoting positive behaviour management strategies, run half-termly; email [email protected] to book.

Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership (NCSP) is committed to ensuring that the wider children's workforce are operating in an environment where learning and improvement underpins their work with children. The NSCP ensures that there is appropriate Safeguarding training in place for people who work with children.
