Safer Recruitment Training - call for information

During this academic year the delivery of Safer Recruitment training will move from Norfolk Governor Services to the Education Safeguarding Team.  

As per 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (2025) Governing bodies and proprietors should ensure that those involved with the recruitment and employment of staff to work with children have received appropriate safer recruitment training, the substance of which should at a minimum cover the content of part 3 of the guidance.  

This training should be updated every 5 years.

We would appreciate leaders completing a survey to give the Education Safeguarding Team more understanding about their needs in relation to Safer Recruitment training.
