Who are we?
Critical Incident Team
The Critical Incident Support Service is funded centrally for all LA schools and Early Years Settings. Academies can access the Service by paying an annual subscription. We provide support to settings in a critical incident, consultations in relation to bereavement and trauma, and training on preparing for critical incidents, supporting children with bereavement and trauma, understanding self-harm and suicide prevention.

Critical Incident Team
The team is made up of Educational Psychologists, Social Workers, Specialist Learning Support Teachers, SEMH Practitioners, colleagues from the Early Years service and other professionals.
