Launch of New Contracts Management System (replacing Norfolk Services for Schools site)
On Tuesday, 1 September 2026 we will be launching a new Contracts Management System which replaces the existing Norfolk Services for Schools site (Norfolk Services for Schools). The new system is similar to the current Norfolk Services for Schools site so will look very familiar.
To ensure all data is transferred, the Norfolk Services for Schools site will no longer be available from Monday, 20 July 2026. We would therefore be grateful if you could complete the following important actions by Friday, 17 July 2026.
- Ensure all purchases for contracts and services are completed by close of day
- Download your current training records and certificates (where applicable) as these will not be transferred to the new Learning Management System
You will be able to login to the new Contracts Management System from Tuesday 01 September 2026 where all the usual store items will be available, including 2026/2027 Academy and Trust contracts and services.
Local Authority 2026/2027 contracts and services will automatically be transferred to the new Contracts Management System.
The same web address will redirect to the new website, when logging in for the first time please select 'Forgot Password' as we have only transferred your email address and not password. You will be sent an email link to reset your password.

Training
Please be aware, that from September, all training and e-learning will be available on a separate new Learning Management Platform for Norfolk County Council. Full details regarding this new site will be sent out soon from the Project Management Team.
