Virtual Schools Pilot Training - Responding to Behaviours Across the School Day for Support Staff

This pilot training, delivered across four 30-minute sessions, helps support staff understand how trauma and attachment experiences shape children's behaviour, emphasising that behaviour is a form of communication and should be met with curiosity and empathy.

Through scenarios, staff will explore how to put theory into practice, using practical strategies to respond to situations, and to repair relationships where needed, alongside learning about approaches such as being an Emotionally Available Adult.
