New online application system for Operation Encompass Key Adults and ISA agreements (schools and colleges)

We are pleased to launch the new online system to submit applications for Operation Encompass. We hope this system will be easier and more efficient for all.

You will be able to:

Sign up as a new Key Adult Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Existing Key Adults can submit changes to their registered details (email address, name, school/colleges they are Key Adults for).
Submit your school or college's signed Information Sharing Agreement

If you need to inform us of a Key Adult DSL leaving your school or college, please email [email protected].

The online form can be accessed here and via our Operation Encompass webpage.

You will receive a downloadable PDF of your Key Adult Agreement form or Information Sharing Agreement signatory form for your records.

Following the latest update to the Operation Encompass Information Sharing Agreement, we will be supporting all schools and colleges to submit an updated Information Sharing Agreement form during the next academic year 2026/27. Lisa Smith, CADS Education Representative will contact individual schools and colleges to request submission.
