Cyber Security Awareness Month is an international initiative to raise awareness about digital security and remind us that there are simple ways to protect yourselves from online threats. Cyber security should be high on the agenda for any school with a reliance on IT and online systems. Falling victim to cyber attacks can result in disruption to teaching and learning, financial loss, data breaches and can affect staff wellbeing.

Free session with UEA/Bright Torches/Learning Ambition project

The free session on 17 Oct is offered by Bright Torches. LA is hosting and the UEA is also supporting and promoting it. The project is hoping that a Norfolk high school might get involved with some of its feeders.

Education Endowment Grant application open until November 2024

Their current funding round, which is open to applications until November 2024, is focused on generating evidence for: Secondary maths, and Writing in Key Stages 1 to 4.
